Wing Zone in Auburn

Never received food and after calling for a refund the owner wanted to be rude and assume we were trying to receive free food. It was only after he asked the driver what the man she gave the food to looked like did he try to change his tone. I'm waiting on my refund, but I will never eat from here ever again.

Terrible experience. Employees were extremely rude and spoke to an off duty employee while I was waiting for my food. Waited on online order for 15 minutes at the store, without being spoken to or greeted, before they told me they forgot to make my wings. Terrible service all around and definitely not worth the money. Go somewhere else.

over priced. Poor service. not a place to sit down and eat in. No public restroom...even for dine in customers.

If zero was an option...

Tried to call twice and got put on hold each time for over ten min no answer. Rude service loses business.

I called three times before my call was received so I decided to drive to the restuarant and employees are sitting and laughing with one another WHILE THE PHONES are ringing. I was not greeted until after I sat and waited for 10 minutes, then an employee comes from the back and greets me and takes me order. I used to love Wing Zone but recently the restuarant has changed employees/staff members and I do not like how they conduct business.

Still waiting for food, 1 hour and 25 minutes after we ordered our food. I could have went to the store and made wings, before it got to our house.Edit: 2 hours now, still no food. Moral is dropping.Edit: Finally got food, shortly after 2 hours. Probably just build my own restaurant next time. Food arrived cold and soggy, would not recommend.

Food was alright. Usually a take out place but I at there. Worker was very courteous but then the owner came it. Very obnoxious man. Ignored me being there and had loud conversations on his phone. Nothing bad, just not pleasant.

Made online order at 1:14pm. Out for delivery at 1:41. Delivered at my house at 2:30. I live 2 miles away. Will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

Two stars only because they are constantly out of important things. They were out of the lemon zinger flavoring, ranch, and sweet tea when I ordered. Last time it was ketchup and bleu cheese. I understand that this is a college town, but there is such thing as inventory control. Learn how to order what you need according to planned sales volume!

Friendly and helpful staff, food was great. I would have preferred a little more sauce on the wings but still great overall.

Ordering wings here is like rolling dice. Sometimes they are pretty good, sometimes they give you the worst bunch possible. Recently the lady who often answers the phone has a very sickly and quiet voice and twice in a row she has messed up my order. I even asked to confirm this time that she heard me ask for an extra ranch and they messed that up as well. I really don't know how they let this bunch of wings leave the kitchen, most of this recent order I got are not even edible.

Best wings around they also are customer friendly.

I didn't enjoy their wings. They were hard and bland; usually they will have a good amount of sauce on the wings, but didn't. Won't be going back. Ugh!

Very humble and respectable organization, home-like environment and kind staff . And it actually does have places to sit and enjoy your food.

Pretty pricey. Staff is super nice and cool though.
